Hi, I'm Francesca.

Thank you for stopping by. I came up with the idea of breastdress.com when trying to find a suitable dress to wear to a summer wedding. I wanted an outfit that felt like me but was still practical to feed my son in.

After I'd spent hours looking online and zooming in to see if a dress had buttons, I still didn't have a dress, but I had an idea.

As a new mother, I struggled for a good few months trying to find the right clothes to wear out and about. I found dresses with double-layered tops awkward, especially when I was still trying to get the hang of breastfeeding. And I wanted to feel like me again and those clothes were not me. But it didn't have to be that way.

So if you're struggling to find something that works for you but also gives you back a little piece of your pre-baby identity, I hope this platform helps. We've sorted through thousands of dresses so you don't have to.
